We are a regional post traumatic stress disorder service covering the North East
of England, from Berwick in the north to Middlesbrough in the south and Carlisle
in the West. We offer an assessment service for trauma for adults aged 18-65 and a
psychological therapy service including trauma focussed cognitive behavioural therapy
and EMDR for trauma both from adult or childhood causes. Patients can be referred
by their GP or psychiatric teams. We take referral from legal agencies and from
statutory services and occupational health (e.g. police, fire and ambulance services.)
